A foodie at heart she is all about making everyday food nutritious and enjoyable. Healthy food doesn’t have to be boring, or time-consuming, her passion is about incorporating healthy food into everyday life to create long-term changes, not short-term fixes.

She believes everyone has their own genetic make up influencing their own unique health journey. While we might all have similar goals, Kayla doesn’t believe in a one size fits all approach with health and nutrition. Nutrition Consults are based around supporting clients to meet their individual’s nutrition goals and needs.

Kayla’s dietary approach focuses on wholefoods, a variety of colourful vegetables and fruit, good quality protein and healthy fats. Dietary plans are individualised, nutritional balanced, provide variety and are flavoursome.
