Angela has been with us here at speedfit for 3 months now and Has really changed her lifestyle ! Knowing how busy Ange is with work and being a busy mother she really enjoys how quick and efficient speedfit is for her.
She set the goal for the 8 week challenge to lose 8 kgs over the 8 weeks but I feel like she has achieved phenomenal results and worked extra hard to lose 5.5kg and gained 1.5kgs of muscle
We are super proud of how far she has come since starting at speedfit 3 months ago and even love how uncoordinated she can be sometimes.

Dave has done only two sessions at SpeedFit before he signed up for the 8-week challenge. He suffers from occasional bursitis in the left shoulder. He has made such a big improvement in the last 8 weeks, it's unbelievable!
He stated that the reason he started was to give back some motivation to change to a healthier lifestyle...and so his clothes would fit better! The rules he followed were pretty simple: No alcohol at all and no junk food or unhealthy snacks at all :) A bit of moving like hiking or walking was part of his challenge routine.


Emanuela has lost a total of 4.2kg (3.5% of Body fat) and a total of 19.7cm around her body.
When Emanuela started the 1st week of the challenge she thought it would be too hard and may not be able to handle it hence she wasn't exercising for a while. However, halfway through the second week, she realised that she not only could do it but also that she could re-learn how to cook better for herself. Being Italian, cook assistant, and raised around pasta, bread, and olive oil she had all the excuses to fail but instead, she rediscovered herself. Following our nutrition booklet as well as receiving support from our private Facebook group she has created new recipes, tasted new flavours and in combination with our SpeedFit sessions created a healthier way to live.
She worked really hard every single session with a big smile on her face! Believe it or not!
She wanted the change and she's got it! Now she is stronger and healthier than ever!

Lisa lost 2kgs, 2.7% Body Fat, 4.5 cm in her chest, 5.2 cm in her waist, 1 cm in her hips, and she gained 0.3% Muscle.


Kylie works in a paint factory here in Perth and has suffered from sciatica issues in her lower back for a number of years. Her doctor referred her o do low impact training and she found us.
She stuck to the nutrition booklet and no alcohol for 8 weeks and got some amazing results.
She lost Weight drop 7kg, 4.8% Body Fat, and 25 cm total. She also went from a dress size of 14 to 8.
“I hurt my back at work this year it was so painful I couldn’t even walk around the block my Dr suggested doing some low impact exercise to build myself back up. That very same day I had SpeedFit pop up on my FB so I booked in because it was low impact after the first session I was almost pain-free a week later I did my second session and was pain free. Hallelujah at this time I was told about the 8 week challenge and thought I could do this and get my fitness back up so I can maybe get to be able to go for a run down the Beach so the challenge began this is where I met my trainer Ciaran he knew how to push my limits and after 8 weeks of him kicking my butt I went from a size 14 work pants to a size 8 OMG I haven’t been a size 8 since before I was 20yo I’m now 50yo now I run to the beach go out dancing and I’m enjoying life.
