Our clients continue to amaze and inspire us, as well as remind us daily why we do what we do!
We love to share with you the real stories that come out of our studios and our 2018 Transformation of the Year Winner story is no exception.
Rebecca Mitchell is SpeedFit’s Transformation of the Year 2018 recipient! Rebecca (or Becky as she likes to be called) trains out of the Duncraig studio.
This is Becky’s story in her own words:
“I’m so time poor with a special needs little dude who has so many appointments each week while working part time.
I noticed an advertisement for SpeedFit and I signed up for a trial. After the first session I was hooked and signed up for a SpeedFit membership straight away.
I have completed several sessions of SpeedFit now and I am loving it! The trainers are amazing and are always encouraging to push me that little further each time.
I have also been following the Keto diet as recommended, and I’m now 6kgs down (at time of print) and I’m feeling so much healthier! I’m so glad I found SpeedFit.”
Becky also found the courage to complete the Dawesville Bridge Swing (raising money for the Make A Wish Foundation) in December 2018, something she never dreamed of doing before her life-changing experience at SpeedFit.
Amy, Becky’s trainer from SpeedFit Duncraig, is incredibly proud and inspired by her efforts.
“As one of the first clients through our door when we opened, its been an absolute pleasure training Becky and seeing her transformation over the recent months. Despite the many hurdles she encounters in life with her gorgeous little boy, she is always consistent with her training” Amy says.
