SpeedFit is an absolute gamechanger!
I love high-intensity training but due to joint hypermobility and a few injuries I’ve been unable to work out like I used to. With SpeedFit I’ve been able to keep on top of my muscle and weight goals, whilst aiding my rehab along the way.
In only 20 minutes it gives a full-body workout that really brings the burn. It’s super low impact so it doesn’t aggravate my injuries and I can take the time to focus on strengthening my weak spots.
