Meet Anne, a fellow explorer of life’s adventures and a firm believer in the power of strong friendships. A seasoned professional and awesome mum, Anne also enjoys travel, immersing herself in music and movies, and creating memorable moments with loved ones.
Since January 2023, Anne’s experience at SpeedFit Kotara has been truly transformative. The supportive and inclusive atmosphere caters to all fitness levels, and the team’s flexibility with her schedule has been a lifesaver. Anne appreciates the trainers’ encouragement to excel while ensuring her safety. The surprising results and the positive community have exceeded her expectations, making EMS training a rewarding journey.
Let’s get to know Anne better as she shares her experiences, goals, and the joys of being a part of the SpeedFit community.
Q. What do you love most about SpeedFit?
Anne: SpeedFit Kotara is the most supportive training environment that I have ever experienced – younger, older, quite fit to the beginners. The team is awesome and so are the other members. I really enjoy the sessions. In addition, there are early morning sessions and the team is super flexible when it comes to my crazy schedule.
Q. What would you say you like most about your trainers and how have they supported you during your journey?
Anne: The trainers are awesome. They push me to do better, but never in a way that would lead to injury. They always check to see if they need to modify certain movements for me.
Q. What surprised you about SpeedFit?
Anne: The results have been great. I was really surprised but grateful at how supportive everyone is. It [EMS] does feel pretty weird at first, but in a good way!
Q. What do you think the common misconceptions are with SpeedFit and EMS training?
Anne: That it’s scary or will hurt. I enjoy that buzz that I get for my workouts, and you control the EMS levels.
Q. Besides the changes in your body, what other changes have you seen from SpeedFit?
Anne: I have had significant weight loss and more impressive is that I have seen some of my lumpier bits become much smoother. I have increased stamina and generally feel much better in my skin. The team also provides nutrition support and I am about to undertake my first 8 Week Challenge!
Q. What would you say to someone who is thinking about trying SpeedFit?
Anne: Give it a try. It’s definitely a unique and enjoyable workout.
