I joined SpeedFit as I wanted to try something new to see if I could lose weight!

I had a goal for the year and thought the February 8 Week Challenge was a good way to start the year off! My initial goal for the year was to lose 7kgs plus drop a dress size.

I was doing two sessions a week, so it motivated me to strive to reach my goal. With the support from the team I felt really good about myself and my achievements. The trainers are great and very encouraging!

My favourite part of the Challenge was my achievement. I am proud of myself for being consistent!

I recommend SpeedFit to my friends all the time as it has helped me to lose the weight I couldn’t shift! I’ve also been able to tone my stomach which I wasn’t able to do on my own.

I love SpeedFit and will continue to train with Angela and Anushka at Midland!​
