I feel stronger than I have for a very long time. Although my scales show no change, my body is more toned, and I fit into my clothes much better . I’m confident enough to wear tighter fitting clothes, which is a huge thing for me. Also, I’ve noticed I choose better foods to eat since joining SpeedFit . I’m NOT on a diet; I just making healthier choices to give me the energy I need for the day. The 20-minute workout is just so quick and simple. I can’t wait to see even more changes soon!
